Workshops and Intensives

There are a series of workshops and intensives available as part of the Energy Leadership Development System. Coaching Services

We offer one-on-one executive coaching, team coaching, and leadership coaching through our network of Accredited Energy Leadership Coaches. You can choose to follow the Energy Leadership Development System, a focused one-on-one coaching program that is customized based on your specific goals and objectives, or we can create a unique program for your development.

We have a proven track record in increasing leader and team performance through coaching and other programs with an emphasis on strategic results that produce rapid and major behavioral change. By using the most advanced approaches to organizational and leadership development, our coaches are able to consistently impact the growth and personal performance of each client we serve.

One-on-One Coaching: In person and/or phone coaching to enable individuals to identify and develop skills, strengths, resources, abilities, and strategies to overcome challenges and maximize their performance.

Group/Team Coaching: In person sessions to develop stronger team cohesiveness, clarify roles/responsibilities, develop goals and strategies aligned with department goals as well as the mission and vision of the organization.

In House Training

The Energy Leadership program can be delivered as an onsite training program for leaders and for development of internal coaches.

A comprehensive program is available for executives, managers, specific professionals, and division leaders (such as Sales, Human Resources, Training and Development).

We can even help you create an in-house coaching program, which can lead to significantly increased bottom line profitability.

For all of our programs, extensive surveying is done to take the pulse of your organization’s current culture and most pressing demands. We look to improve interpersonal relationships, hard and soft skills, and development of core leadership competencies. This diagnostic method enables the customization of the training program so that all exercises, case studies and examples are not only relevant, but actually relate to your immediate needs.
